I searched for a Joint Chiropractic on my way home from work and i came across this location. I was very skeptical about going to a new chiropractor. Walked in and was greeted by two awesome girls at the front desk They got me in right away! Let me tell you that the Dr. Gebhart was amazing and I don't say that lightly. He was super professional and knew exactly how to adjust me. I had total confidence in him especially how thoroughly he was. will highly recommend him and I will be going back.
Dr. Tran is amazing and helped me so much. I was having a difficult time with other Joint locations not caring enough to really help with the problem. The receptionist, Valerie, and Dr. Tran helped explain everything to me and ensured that I was taken care of. If I had known they would care this much I would have made this my favorite location. As long as Dr. Tran is there I will never go to another Joint location. This one is the way to go! Update: Sadly Dr. Tran is no longer there and I’m faced with the same issue I’ve had at all the other Joints that I stopped going to. I’m in serious pain, the visit was rushed, I was just another subscription to them and he kept pointing at a chart explaining things to me but he didn’t even really listen when I was trying to explain the problem. He didnt even bother to look to see how many times I’ve visited or what the issues were previously. Don’t get me wrong, the adjustment was nice and he did focus on the areas that were bothering me, but he didn’t leave me with any stretches I could do to help the pain or any advice that could help mitigate the pain in between adjustments. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the receptionist was super nice and helpful, and honored the military discount for the 3 month minimum you have to sign up for, and the adjustment was helpful. Unfortunately now I’m on to looking for another Joint yet again that will hopefully take more time to understand.
Dr. Tran is the best! He is patient and listens to my concerns and addresses them with care. I always feel leaving better and happy! Totally recommend the Joint and Dr. Tran. Service is exceptional. (Galleria location)
Absolutely awesome. 10/10. I’m a member from Louisiana, driving through Houston and my neck, shoulders, and back were killing me. So, I google searched to see if by chance there was an open location close by and to my luck, there was! He was a pro. Absolute magic maker. Instant relief 🙌 Thank you!
Dr Gebert is amazing and thorough on explaining things. The receptionist can not remember her name but she was extremely helpful. Definitely be back
