This location is horrible and confusing. They have written 10 AM to 2 PM at the door but closed sign is also hanging. Door is locked. People are coming knocking on the door. I will cancel my subscription with The Joint. Their quality level is also dropping. They rush for adjustment. Few neck cracks and done. They use to have good chiropractor at San Felipe but once they understand my problem suddenly they gone to another location. After 4 years of membership, I am done.

I truly enjoyed my first time visit. Although nervous and apprehensive about the process I was greeted with warmth by Aaliyah at the front desk. The check in process was smooth and both consultations with Dr. Livingston and Dr. Thomas were informative and rewarding. I was given a goal and a plan as well as follow up measures to take to reach my goal of movement snd relief. The facility was clean and very inviting.

I quickly needed chiropractic relief and called the joint and they had availability for me right away for only $29. The receptionist Allysa was an exceptional and helped me get all my paperwork in order and my first visit was with Dr. Baldwin who was able to navigate where my pain is coming from and provided quick relief with her adjustment. The price is here are better than my co-pay with insurance so I signed up for their wellness package, which gave me 10 sessions for less than $19 a session. I have now come back twice since my initial visit and have been seeing Dr. Silverman who has been wonderful and assisting with multipoint pains in my back, neck and wrists. He has been able to provide relief to my recent sciatica problems and is very professional. I enjoy coming to see him because I know I will always feel better leaving compared to when I come in.

Awesome service!! Dr. Livingston is very knowledgeable about the body and it's movement. Ms. Feyi's smile was very welcoming. She was helpful with information regarding my plan. Definitely recommend the joint. 10/10

Dr. Thomas was fantastic!! Super friendly and helped adjust my tight back. Walked me through what she was doing and gave me insight on what I should be doing to prevent injury and tightness. Thank you Aaliyah for the speedy check in and out process she helped take care of all my paperwork!!
