have had such a wonderful experience with Vanguard Spine & Sport. After my car accident, I honestly didn’t want to go through treatment or deal with anything else related to the accident, but I am so grateful that I listened to my friends Cynthia Peña Reade and William Wallace Reade, who handled my accident case and recommended that I come here. From the moment I walked in, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and caring. The ladies at the front desk always make you feel welcome, and Dr. Hernandez, Dr. O, and the entire team have made such a difference in my recovery. Looking back, I truly don’t know how I would have recovered the same way without their help. They didn’t just treat my pain — they helped me regain mobility, feel stronger, and feel confident in my body again after the accident. I am extremely grateful for the patience, support, and genuine care I received throughout the entire process. You can tell that the people here truly care about their patients and want to see them get better. I would absolutely recommend Vanguard Spine & Sport to anyone recovering from an accident or dealing with pain. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me. 🤍

I had an amazing experience at Vanguard Spine & Sport over the past 3–4 months. From day one, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident in the care I was receiving. The front desk staff Brea, Jessica, and Ayana were always so kind, friendly, and professional. They really set the tone every time I walked in and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Jaylen, Devika, Lauren, and Manny during my PT sessions. Every session was relieving, enjoyable, and something I actually looked forward to. They made sure I was progressing while also keeping things positive and encouraging. And Dr. Hernandez she was absolutely amazing. So kind, polite, and genuinely caring. Every adjustment session left me feeling better, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Overall, the entire staff goes above and beyond to get to know you, make you feel comfortable, and ensure you leave feeling better, stress-free, and with a smile on your face. I highly recommend Vanguard Spine & Sport to anyone looking for quality care and an incredible team.

I highly recommend Vanguard Spine & Sport! ✨AH-MAZING!✨ That’s the word I use to describe my experiences there. It has been such a blessing to me! I first learned of them after a serious car accident. Not many providers will accept patients (new or old) if you were involved in an accident. Who knew?? But Vanguard does … and they have made a huge difference in my life! I arrived that first day battered and bruised. The staff was truly helpful and did an excellent job of advising me on so much that needed to happen. I am so grateful. And even after the accident injuries were resolved, I have remained a client for the last three years! I could not be more appreciative of all they have done for me. It has been a positive for my health and well-being for sure! Not only is the treatment excellent, but the atmosphere of kindness and joy ministers to me every single time. The location is convenient and easy to get to; also, there is rarely a wait time once I arrive. Vanguard is truly a one stop shop in many ways. They offer state of the art chiropractic services along with a whole body approach to healing. Every person there is super kind and helpful in every way! It has a professional atmosphere, but the staff is also super warm and personable; just the right amount of both! AND they accept most major insurance carriers! I am always so confident and comfortable there … knowing I am getting the best possible care in a pleasant atmosphere! They communicate clearly, listen to my concerns, explain procedures thoroughly, and offer a personalized plan of care, while keeping an eye on my overall health. From ordering labs, ultrasounds x-rays, hormone replacement therapy, physical rehab, the decompression table, pain injections and more, I always know I am getting outstanding care! Dr. Oswald (or Dr. O) is the absolute best of the many chiropractors who have treated me in the last five decades! He is up front and transparent about what to expect during treatment when a significant change or event has occurred. He also adjusts his approach to my treatment plan based on my physical symptoms and my progress as we proceed, not just a “one plan fits all” methodology. I have never felt better with any other provider than with Dr. O. He has done for me what no one else has been able to! He gets ALL the stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The ladies at the front are ALL excellent and happily helpful! They are just fantastic! The positive energy in the whole place starts when you walk in the door! The physical therapists are top notch, too! The entire team including Abraham, Lauren, Riley and Christian are pleasant to interact with and they know their stuff! They each seem to know how to best motivate me as a patient while making the sessions interesting and even fun. After only a few sessions, there has definitely been a reduction in my pain, as well as increased mobility, and overall strength improvement … and it gets better each time. It’s great to be paired with any one of them; they each exhibit knowledge, patience, and an individualized approach, to my talkative self. 😂 Their skill and consistency has truly had a positive impact in my daily life! They inspire me to keep moving! OH! And they also have great 🎶music🎶 😊

This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and it was such a great experience. I came in for upper right shoulder pain and scheduled with Dr. Oswald. During my consult, we decided on electrotherapy and targeted deep tissue massage, and Lauren took amazing care of me. She was super thorough, worked out some really deep knots, and answered all my questions while making me feel totally comfortable and reassured. After that, I had my adjustment, which was quick and comfortable, and I honestly felt like a million bucks right after. I even went ahead and rescheduled for next month. I don’t know why I waited so long to try chiropractic care! Highly recommend this place for how professional they are and for truly making you feel heard, valued, and taken care of.

Amazing result from using the decompression table. My spine was feeling compressed and tight at the base, and I knew I had to go in. Twenty minutes on the decompression table did exactly what was needed to relieve the discomfort. It was the best session I have ever had on that table for the relief it provided.
