José with the glasses made me some of the most amazing coffee I’ve ever tasted! I had a Chantilly, and it was genuinely the best coffee I’ve had in years. The staff was kind, the store was clean, and the environment was aesthetically pleasing with great lighting and a semi-quiet atmosphere for working. It’s the perfect third, or even fourth, space to stop by after a workout.

I’m rating 5 stars on the pour-over alone. This is a roaster after all, the primary judging factor should be their beans. I ordered an espresso macchiato, a coffee cake, and asked for whatever they thought their best pour-over was (sorry I guess I didn’t write down the variety of bean even though I thought I did, the process is washed though). Heads up, they don’t let you take their pour-overs to go, they are for in-store consumption only. I honestly appreciate this a bit. It makes you sit and give the coffee the respect and attention it deserves. The macchiato was good, but the foam was a little less silky and had larger bubbles than I typically like, but the espresso was exquisite. I didn’t care much for the coffee cake. The crumb was a good consistency, but it had too much topping for my taste (too much sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. I would like it with less than half as much). The pour-over however, was godly. Smooth to the last sip, hints of coconut and apricot, not a trace of bitterness. Absolutely divine!

Some of the best coffee Houston has to offer. There isn't a bad choice. The batistas change out their creations so you'll have to go back quite a few times for all their different drinks.

Wow, this is an amazing place! I love the atmosphere and vibe. Large space and lots of options to pick from. Their Matcha specialty drink that I ordered was amazing, so much flavor and was very refreshing. I highly recommend this place and would come back

One of my favorite Houston coffee spots! Recently visited for the first time in a while. The baristas Angie and Juan were so friendly, engaging and inviting which always amplifies the experience, and set the tone for a great day! Overall, Lovely people & lovely coffee! The Chantilly is my absolute favorite drink!
