Nut allergy friendly: They do have pistachio and other flavors in baked goods, but most are toppings. I mentioned it when I ordered my croissant and they said they're very good about allergies. Parking situation: Pretty rough, there's parking behind it but it shares with several stores and when it's around brunch time, it can get difficult. I arrived at 11:20AM and there was a line of about 10 people in front of me. You can also order pickup via inKind. I got to the counter at 11:30AM and received my order at 11:36AM, so their service is pretty quick even with a full house. Note that their tacos only go until 11AM, they swap to a lunch menu afterwards. I got a warmed croissant and the Fireside Chat, hot, +$1 for a large size. The croissant was nice and flaky, a great breakfast treat. A bit pricey though. The Fireside Chat came with a cute toasted marshmallow and the nice salty vanilla notes really do remind you of sitting by a bonfire. I paid via inKind in person with no issues. Just ask for the check number.
If you're considering a coffee cart for your wedding or event, stop looking and book Della Coffee— they are an incredible business with amazing coffee!! Coffee is a huge part of our lives, especially for my wife, so we knew from the beginning that we wanted an incredible coffee experience for our guests. Della Coffee has become our favorite coffee shop in Houston, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation we had! Becca and Sara made the entire process so much fun! They invited us in for a tasting of their house-made syrups and helped us create personalized "His & Hers" signature drinks for our wedding. I chose the Dos Besos (cardamom & allspice), while my bride chose the Fireside (maple, vanilla, smoked sea salt, and toasted marshmallow). It was such a unique and memorable touch that made our wedding feel even more personal. They are able to bring both hot and iced items, as well as milk options. They are so kind and generous! On the wedding day, they arrived fully prepared with their espresso machine, fresh-roasted coffee, house-made syrups, and everything needed to serve our guests. Not only were the drinks absolutely delicious, but the coffee cart quickly became one of the highlights of the evening! In fact, we think we saw more guests with iced lattes than with drinks from the open bar! Beyond the incredible coffee, what stood out most was the heart behind everything they do. You can tell that serving people well isn't just their business—it's their passion. Becca and Sara were warm, joyful, professional, and such a blessing to work with from beginning to end. We couldn't imagine our wedding without Della Coffee, and we're so grateful they helped make our day so memorable. If you want amazing coffee, exceptional service, and an experience your guests will still be talking about long after your event, Della Coffee is the perfect choice! Thank you so much!! 😊🙏🏼☕️❤️
Cute coffee shop, love the plants and the atmosphere. Great place to get some work, but the matcha is kind of watery. I had the Sakura Matcha, I was expecting a creamy drink but it’s like they only put strawberry puree which makes the drink watery. The sourdough sausage was very strong, it was good but it tasted like it’s been outside for a while. This was a good $13 bucks not too shabby. Will definitely try to get their coffee next time.
Really unique drinks! Beautiful atmosphere. Great parking. Only complaint is price. $8 + tip for a 6oz drink is quite steep. Upcharging for nondairy milk in full lattes I can see making some sense (although I still don't agree with upcharging alt milk since everyone + their mother uses alt milk nowadays) but $1 charge on the Cafe Della makes no sense. Taste wise, I'm hoping it was just a fluke but it sort of just tasted like sweetened espresso. Below the crema there was 0 milkiness/looked like straight coffee/pitch black. The other drinks sound so good though so I'd like to come back to try others but the Cafe Della was a 2/10 for me.
This shop reminds me a lot of another nearby one called, “Un Caffe”, as they share not only a very similar interior design, but also a similar taste. It goes a clean modern look that I feel too generic. However, it is a great spot to wind down since it’s not too noisy and there is plenty of seating. Their specialty drinks looked innovative, and I would love to try one someday! Staff seemed very patient and friendly.
