I love coffee shops and I can spot a good one when I see one :) Kefita is one of the unique cafes that you have to try when you’re in town. The coffee, the vibe and the story behind it is simply amazing. We enjoyed a variety of pastries, the latte with Ethiopians spices, and a good old cortado. Loved the interior design and the coffee books. Highly recommend it!

This coffee shop is located in a quiet corner, has a unique vibe that make you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee than take it togo. Service is what really make an impression for this place...Very nice & warm welcoming gestures from the staff (Hillary) when you're there and while taking your order. Ordered the Kefita latte and almond Crossaint. Enjoyed them a lot but the almond Crossaint was a bit sweet to my taste. Will come back for sure when around this area. 😊

If you’re looking for a cozy Ethiopian coffee spot in Houston, this IS it. ☕✨ From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, inviting, and super adorable. The aesthetic is thoughtful without trying too hard. It feels curated, calm, and creative all at once. Now let’s talk about the cortado flight — because yes. A whole experience. My personal favorite? I couldn’t decide as every sip felt intentional. You can taste the quality and care behind the beans. Everything was just… perfect. The energy. The presentation. The coffee. It’s one of those places that makes you want to slow down, stay awhile, and then come back again the next week. I will absolutely be back over and over again.

Looooooove this spot!!! The vibe is so chill and laid back. Very cozy, like a home feel. The service was great. The owner was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The spot was very clean and spacious. There are 2 levels. A lot of spaces are available. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a balcony. Free street parking. Love the selection of music. I could have easily stayed there all day. It was hard for me to leave. So peaceful. I purchased the abyssinia latte (hot), sambusa and small donuts (carrot cake, caramel) which come as a pair. Everything was tasty. My favorite were the small donuts. OMG!!!! Soooooo delicious 😋 The carmel was my favorite out of the two. There are other flavors to choose from. I will definitely be back to try the flight and other pastries and food items. Check em them out. You won't be disappointed.

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. A beautiful coffee shop with lots of seating. They have delicious desserts and great coffee. The white flat is so great, their coffee is so smooth and doesn’t have that punchy coffee after taste. I will be coming here more often.
