I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop. It felt like a lounge to hang out in, along with its assortment of tabletop games and piano, it was unique in its approach. The coffee itself is great, but I believe it be a bit too scarce in the syrups available or specialty drinks.

So, as someone who travels all the time for work, I’ve seen a lot of coffee shops around the world, but Siphon in Houston really blew me away. Raul and Alexander were just fantastic—genuinely some of the warmest, most welcoming guys I’ve met in any café. The atmosphere is awesome, and I can’t recommend this place enough—just top-notch all around!

I happened to come across Siphon Coffee while driving and decided to stop in — and I’m really glad I did. I ordered a hot coffee and let the barista choose for me, which turned out to be a great decision. The coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and genuinely enjoyable from the first sip to the last. The atmosphere stood out just as much as the drink. The vibe inside is calm and welcoming, with soft piano music playing in the background that makes you feel completely at ease. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, think, or just enjoy the moment. Hosea at the front was especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great service, great coffee, and an overall peaceful environment. I’ll definitely be back.

Smallish cozy atmosphere with couches and tables to choose from. Some outdoor seating available. Nice selection of drinks and treats, even some sandwiches. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious warmed up. I chose the Baristas choice and was given a delicious iced coffee concoction. I would make an effort to come back.

Delicious espresso, indoor and outdoor seating. It would definitely get a repeat visit from me if I lived here. Espresso service was a little slow but the place was packed which is a good sign. It means people are drinking the coffee. The barista apologized but it really was no thing. Love you Siphon!
