I just went to this establishment for a comedy show. I loved the show! The inside of the space was ok, but I just can’t get over the parking situation and a few other details. The good: - Friendly staff - Overall good atmosphere The bad: - Communication wasn’t great from the start - the email confirmation included the tickets and start/finish of the show, but it didn’t include any information regarding when the doors open or the time of the meet & greet (since we paid for the VIP tickets that included this experience). It was confusing because it said the show ended at 10pm, but the following set started at 9:45pm. - When we showed up to the small, public parking lot, there were some guys charging $25 cash for self-parking. This information was not offered anywhere in the venue website or ticket. There was even a guy at the parking lot across from the venue, so that didn’t leave us any other option but to pay. - When we were ushered in, we found out that the VIP seating we paid extra for, which was numbered in the ticket, only meant we would be seated in a specific area. We didn’t even have our own table - we were seated with a group, which didn’t leave much room for us to seat comfortably. - The lighting was super harsh and it made it difficult to see the show. There were some overhead lights that were shining directly into our eyes and they were super hot. While the show was super fun and the staff very friendly, the above really put a damper on the experience.

All Jokes Aside…This spot was cool and I like the vibe! Keep bringing good comedians and I see great things for this establishment.

This place moonlights as a comedy club, as I found out later, it is actually a nightclub called Level. Would be fine but they did not seem equipped to handle a show, and there were some things that really bothered me about the whole experience. The place looks sketchy outside but we had tix for a few months, decided to give it a chance. Party of 2, 8pm show. As some others mention, parking is valet, and is $35. The place is in strip center and felt off, so we decided to do self park for $30. This place is disorganized, to say the least. Here are a few snippets. (In order of occurence): 1. They assigned us seats (a booth shared with other people) and the lighting in those areas was so harsh and angled directly in our eyes. 2. The place smells like mothballs 3. We were early, probably 3rd pair seated. Our waitress said to give her a minute-30 mins later, she showed back up. 4. Finally got our drinks right after the show started, they were out of a lot of things already, ordered fries and onion rings, which took 1.5hrs. 5. The beer I got tasted weird, noticed it expired in 2019, it is 2026. 6. I did not mention the beer, I could tell they had bigger issues. I tried to order a coke, was told they were out. 7. Someone must have gone to a grocery store bc I later saw a bartender with a 2 liter of coke. 8. During the Headliner, our waitress came back to ask us what we ordered, so she could charge us. We had already paid...she apologized and mentioned something about she just woke up. ? 9. Venue was so unprepared, that the 1st show ended 10 mins before the 2nd one was suppsed to start. As we left, we saw confused people having to wait outside to get in. We also saw the valets struggling to get cars in/out, and having to park some in the entrance as we drove by. Most of these things, on their own, might not warrant a 1 star rating, but together, it is bad. Maybe if we had a different server, it would have been better, seeing some of the other staff, it looked like there were some nice ones. Some of the comedians made jokes about arriving to the place itself and that did end up being pretty funny, so at least there is that. All jokes aside, I could not recommend this place to anyone.
