If you own a contracting business do yourself a favor and steer clear of this property management company . They will agree to a price on a repair and the minute there Is a disagreement between them and their property owner they will short you the contractor. They will send you to places just to verify the problem is not theirs and leave you to break the bad news to their tenant that the repair is not covered by the management company and then not want to pay you for your time because you did no actual repairs. Jared is one of the owners and he will ask you the same question a hundred times and expect you to be available to make fake invoicing to de fraud insurance companies to Save himself any expense. Save yourself the hassle and the loss of income and don’t work for this property management company . Response to comment: the reason you complained about my company was for nothing other then the fact I wouldn’t provide you with falsified documents to provide your insurance company. Everything on your property was repaired wonderfully and your sewer is still running great. Your complaint is about documents not craftsmanship. Documents that weren’t true or correct.
