I met Johnna and she was real from day one. She was straight forward and executed everything she said she was going to do. She was proactive, caring, respectful, professional and doesn’t play about her clients. She was such a blessing to me and my son by believing in me and worked with me until the process was complete. Anytime I received any negative news or challenges, Johnna immediately came up with alternative options or better solutions. She kept me updated every single day, what really stood out was her thoughtfulness, after sending me an email, she would also send a short text just to make sure I didn’t miss it (which I often do!). That level of dedication and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I have had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Johnson not once, but twice. While working with Mrs. Johnson I learned that she is a shark for her clients. Please let Mrs. Johnson do her thing and she will get you the best outcome. I recommend Mrs. Johnson with not 5 star ⭐ service but I will give her a 10 and this is real.
