I am a new tenant in one of the properties owned by KM Management. My experience with KM was positive from the start! The team was very attentive to any concerns or issues, and great communication through out the whole experience. Ask for Michael Shanks, he was very helpful with any questions or issues.

Steven Stone and Michael Shanks have both been a wonderful help to me since our first meeting, as well as the rest of the management team members. Whenever issues arise at either properties they are always genuinely ready to help resolve them in a very promptly manner. They are the best management team I have ever worked with and I will always recommend them.

Have been involved in negotiations with KM Realty many times with various clients and have always felt like the discussions were fair. To date I have not had a client (which are tenants in their properties) call me complaining about any lack of transparency, maintenance, or communication issues. Great company to work with!
