Just a Terrible Experience. Sleezy, Yes that is what I think of my agent who I delt with at Partners. Went totally dark during final negotiations of a sale. He was my paid for listing Broker on my Sale. Yes went totally dark during final negotiations. Have not heard from him for months until he slithered out of the darkness and wants a commission on a property I am buying that he had no part of the transaction. He was not my buyers agent and would never be. I've bought and sold a lot of property and I would NEVER EVER EVER use Partners again!! Be warned!

STAY AWAY. They take the bully approach. They recently bought Dixie Farm Business park and essentially forced all their tenants out after they bought it. Long term tenants started moving out. They halved the dumpster sizes, got rid of security and maintenance people. Trash is everywhere and thieves are ripping up hvac and electrical systems constantly now. Property management is only on site two days a week and they are IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF. Emails ignored voicemails ignored. Do not do business with them they will make it extremely difficult for no reason. This place is a ghost town now.

I leased from PARTNERS earlier this year at BAY POINTE shopping complex in the clear lake are. Dealing with them has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY from this company. The management is poor and they provide ridiculous responses. When I rented the office space in Jan 2024 , the heating was not working on DAY 1, and when I complained they said they cannot do anything . All my staff and customers ran away and I suffered huge losses in business in my FIRST week. They said they cannot do anything to fix HVAC. They are in humans and no understanding that a new tenant needs to be treated with respect and understanding. The ladies are the rudest. They also messed up the contract and gave a 24 mo term when i had the email trail to prove that it was for 28 month. They did not even say sorry but sent a bunch of late fee on me. Keep arguing about it. the Ladies are especially rude in this company. The ignore your emails and phone calls until u send 50 emails on the topic and escalate the matter . They placed the street sign in the wrong direction, and when I requested to fix it they responded after 50 emails that they have concerns with late rent payment hence they will not fix it despite me proving to them that the payment was on schedule for 28 months , and not as per what they said was 24 mo. They are bunch of greedy people with no empathy. They will always point to legal contract and come up with meaningless ways to argue using ridiculous logic. If you see PARTNERS anywhere in your contracts, you should run away immediately and save yourself from the ordeal. I wish nothing but the worst for these people.

PSA - Stay away from any buildings with NAI Partners on it! You've been warned. We are a small business that has been operating for 19 years in the same location. NAI Partners is the fourth management company to take over the building and it is hands down, no competition the worst experience we've ever dealt with. We've been enduring roof leaks into our suite for over 2 years! The leaks range from small leaks to massive downpours depending on the weather in Houston (which rains constantly). We've had thousands of dollars in damages from cubicles to computer equipment. The first year, we were very patient, giving them time to resolve and fix the situation. After one year, and leaks still occurring we informed them that we can no longer trust the roof to hold and having our business there was no long sustainable because our employees couldn't even office out of there. We asked to be let out of our contract after 2 years of enduring leaks (about 7 different leaks total) and allowing them AMPLE time to fix without any resolution, they said no because they've been "timely in their response." We've been at the location for 19 years, we were not searching to leave. There are no words for this, we don't need timeliness, we need a fix, if you can't fix it then do the ethical/moral thing and let us out of our lease not continue to collect money from us every month for an unusable office space. We had this issue taken up high into their management level and with no understanding. Thank goodness we only had 2 years left on our lease since the leaks started. After 19 years, we've found a new location for our business. We specifically avoided any buildings with "NAI Partners" on it. They lost a potential long term customer and future customer. As well, as we were moving out, our neighbor came by to inform us that he was having to deal with roof leaks and they've given him the same response and unfortunately he can't leave as well and his lease is still well out from being over. I wouldn't wish the stress and headache of what we endured for over 2 years on any other business owners.

Stay away!!! You've been warned! This company manages the building I work out of and is very rude and keeps charging more and more fees. They are extremely unprofessional and vile. I will not be renewing my lease. Rosie Salinas is a huge a$$hole. She needs to be fired ASAP. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Very surprised she even has a job with an attitude like that. Disgusting.
