Practice Real Estate Group was excellent to work with. George Allen was referred to me by a friend, and he made me feel like a priority every step of the way. He was genuine, honest and transparent from the start. He referred me to all great and reliable vendors that I needed throughout my process and truly advocated for me. His colleague, Todd Stanley, also assisted in showing me all of the listings, and their communication was exceptional. They were both incredible to work with.

I recently had the great experience of working with George Allen and Practice Real Estate Group. George was thorough, knowledgeable and prompt in his responses. He went above and beyond multiple times, helping find necessary documents and making sure the deal got over the finish line. I found a practice location with Practice Real Estate Group and personally worked with Peter Hays. The experience has been awesome and exceeded my expectations. In the past, I've worked with people from the biggest two real estate companies here in Houston for Dental practice and I was more than disappointed with them. Peter is extremely responsive and caring throughout the whole process. He didn't just stop responding after the lease was signed. He offered help and solutions to the problems we were encountering. He made sure the landlord wasn't taking advantage of any situation. I didn't feel like I was just a number like how I felt with the other two real estate companies. Not to mention, Practice Real Estate Group had an awesome software that gives you a peace of mind of where you want to practice and shows you the demographics/ratios. I 100% completely recommend Peter Hays and the Practice Real Estate Group!

George Allen and his team are not only extraordinary professionals but amazing human beings that care for their customers and guide them every step of the way. I was not only grateful for their help but blessed for their genuine and honest support along the way and with the vendors that I needed to contact. They helped and advised in the most professional way. I thank them for helping me get my wish come true by assisting me in opening my pediatric dental practice in a great location after doing a thorough research of the area and it’s potential growth. I’d highly recommend them and If I’d have to do it again I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them!

Practice Real Estate Group is beyond excellent at what they do. George Allen worked with me and made things so much easier as I decided which area I wanted to practice in Atlanta, he gave many so many possible listings, went through so many demographic searches, and was there every step of the way through the lease negotiation process and until the deal was done. He was a true advocate for me. I appreciate his honesty and transparency. It was a true pleasure to work with him. I think above all, the most I appreciate is his follow up. He’s razor sharp.
