Rifle was not the first real estate company we engaged for our needs, but it should have been. We had very specific needs for a commercial property within our budget. We had a couple of other realtors give up on us along the way. From our first meeting with Nick we could tell we were working with a very driven and determined individual. Nick took the time to sit down with us face to face to identify a list of viable options, he then immediately started booking tours and communicating with the listing brokers. Even after a few offers fell through and months of searching, Nick did not give up. When he did find our property he executed up until closing with professionalism and excellence. It was refreshing to have a company come along side ours and take such great care of our needs as if they were their own. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for a commercial property.

Nick Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, transparent, reliable and honest throughout the whole process. He was an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Nick is laser focused and doesn’t miss a beat. If you need to rent, buy or dispose of property I know he will work circles around 99% of the agents out there.
