Going in as a first-time homebuyer was a bit overwhelming since I had to balance out long work nights and home searching. Santos though really helped me understand and research some houses around good areas within my budget. He was quick to set up scheduled tours that fit around my hours, and openly communicated with me every detail about the houses. He also stayed up late on my work nights to sign important paperwork to speed the process quickly to really catch one of these homes. And as luck may find we actually did find one. Santos was phenomenal in every part of this search and highly recommended him and his team to search for your future home and beginner home ^-^

My husband and I worked with Santos Tovar with The sold by Santos group and we were extremely satisfied! As first I’m homebuyers we didn’t know what to look for. He made sure he took the time to explain step-by-step, What we should expect through each process. The best part was that he was patient with us. when we did the Walk-through of houses he made sure we were happy and if not he would make sure we kept looking ! 10/10 recommend! Thank you for all the hard work, patience and communication! We are happy in our new home in Crosby Tx!

Santos Tovar and The Sold With Santos Group are reliable, patient, knowledgeable, determined, thorough and they’re total go getters amongst other wonderful things. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of fear and anxiety around this process especially with the Houston, TX area being as big as it is, but Santos Tovar and his team made it seamless! It was a 7 month process but he stayed patient and determined through it all. Due to his amazing negotiating skills he was able to get me a home that met all of my needs and then some, without sacrificing my financial stability.
