Deep plane facelift I would like to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before undergoing any procedures. I had a neck lift and lower face lift performed by Dr. Basu Ellis, and unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. The outcome was far below my expectations, and I will now need to undergo corrective procedures, resulting in significant additional expenses. In addition, I requested a small amount of fat transfer to my hands. Instead, I ended up receiving a laser treatment that caused burns and left my hands with visible scarring. Patients invest their hard-earned money to improve their appearance and well-being, not to be left with complications and permanent concerns. I made several attempts to contact the office to discuss my results and explain why I was unhappy. However, I was not given the opportunity to properly address my concerns. I was informed that if I wanted to see the doctor again, I would have to pay for another consultation. In my opinion, a physician should be willing to listen to patients and help address any issues that arise after a procedure. My experience has been very disappointing. I felt that once payment was received, my concerns were no longer a priority. To make matters worse, I was eventually blocked from their social media account after expressing my dissatisfaction. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to thoroughly research their surgeon, ask detailed questions, and carefully evaluate their options before entrusting someone with their health and appearance. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this practice. If y’all want to see pictures let me know.

From skincare to body, Basu Aesthetics has you covered! As someone with sensitive skin, I can confidently say that I’m grateful for Basu Aesthetics and the unique plan that they gave me to follow. This tailored plan works wonders for my skin. Their rewards system is also really nice (I can’t recommend it enough! You save so much money when you sign up). Their level of professionalism is truly outstanding. Michelle is a friendly face and warm presence that always welcomes you upon arrival! While Leah, Emily, Iman, and Ana are some of the kindest people that you’ll ever meet. Basu’s staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and well informed. It’s quite clear that Basu Aesthetics cares about their clients. This is reflected in their pricing, membership perks, and the nurses that they hire! I truly can’t recommend them enough!

I just had the most amazing ultra-deep facial and dermaplane. I started coming to BASU a couple of years ago because of Michelle and her incredible team, and every visit continues to exceed my expectations. I truly appreciate Michelle, the manager at the Post Oak location, she runs the spa with such care, professionalism, and warmth. Today I was treated by Kelly, and she absolutely has angel hands. Her attention to detail, wonderful bedside manner, and genuine care were exceptional. My skin is glowing, and the results truly speak for themselves. Thank you Michelle, Kelly, and the entire BASU team for consistently delivering excellence.

Love this place. I come to Kelly for microneedling & hydrofacials. It’s always a good experience & she explains everything along the way. They are open some Saturdays, which is nice. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I looove Basu!! I was so nervous to get lip filler for the first time but Ana was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and was super reassuring and kind. My lips turned out very natural which is exactly what I wanted. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Michelle at the front is also super sweet and helpful. Would def recommend to anyone interested in getting filler!
