I had a great experience with Dr. Cash and her team! She was very gracious with her time in showing me all of my options. She was transparent with all aspects of the surgical process and was more than willing to listen and address every concern and preference I had. She makes her office environment extremely comfortable and she's like talking to a friend :) I am so happy with the results and am very grateful for the beautiful and subtle work Dr. Cash did. Choosing her has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cash. I’ve been going to her for over 16 years, and she’s been amazing the entire time, from my mommy makeover to med spa treatments. She’s highly skilled and genuinely cares about her patients. She really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. What I appreciate most is how honest she is. She’ll tell you what’s realistic and guide you toward what will actually give you the best outcome. She’s been so consistent over the years, and I trust her completely. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cash and her highly skilled staff. When you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a genuine, warm welcome from the receptionist which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed that you’re in the right place at the right time in your journey of life. Dr. Cash is amazing. She took the time to listen, and I felt heard, not rushed. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns clearly with compassion, honesty, and integrity. The quality of care I received extended well beyond what I expected. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Erica, the aesthetician. She developed a personalized skincare plan that transformed my dull, lifeless, hyperpigmented skin to a whole new level of excellence. For the first time in many, many years, I felt comfortable enough to leave the house without foundation, just sunscreen. Erica’s skincare approach is not a one size fits all. She takes the time to ask questions and talk about expectations and goals. I absolutely love how she communicate and keeps you well informed during the procedure. No surprises. I was referred to Dr. Cash by a friend who lives in LA. Nearly 6 years ago, during my friend’s first visit, Dr. Cash refused her as a patient. She stated my friend didn’t yet have the right mindset for what she was requesting. Dr. Cash accepted her as a patient nearly a year later, after an amazing lifestyle and mindset change that she attests to Dr. Cash. Upon hearing that story, I flew from IL for my consultation and immediately knew I too would move forward with Dr. Cash. She is straightforward, kind, honest, and only does what’s BEST for you and not just because you’re paying for a procedure. She asked questions and listened as I also explained my expectations, including not wanting to look like I’d had plastic surgery. I was not disappointed!! Every person that I have told and shown my body can’t believe how amazing and natural I look after the procedures. I am so thrilled with my results and my decision to work with Dr. Cash on my beauty enhancements.

I ended up having two consultations with Dr. Cash, and each time she was very patient while I asked all my questions and she gave me some good suggestions to continue thinking about at home. She runs an evidence-based practice, using current research to direct her methods. This was important to me to find a surgeon who doesn’t just use the same technique on all their patients. I was looking for a natural result BA, and she delivered. I’m so happy with my result and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Her staff are all amazing and I have been treated so well through the entire process. I can’t recommend Dr. Cash enough!!
