I had my first breast augmentation elsewhere and unfortunately experienced pain on one side, so I decided to come in for a consultation with Dr. Olga Bachilo for a revision, along with a scar revision. From my very first visit, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and patient. Jill, the plastic surgery consultant, took care of me every step of the way. She was incredibly caring and thorough, and she did such a great job explaining everything to me from what would be done during the surgery to what I could expect during recovery. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Dr. Olga Bachilo was also absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, addressed all of my concerns, and reassured me whenever I had any fears or questions. I truly felt heard and cared for, and I never felt rushed. My results turned out amazing, and I am so happy with the outcome! I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely go back to Dr. Bachilo for any future surgeries. She is truly the best! I highly recommend Dr. Bachilo and her team, especially if you’re in the Houston area. You’ll be in great hands

Five stars for The Glamour Plastic Surgery and Med Spa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, the room was spotless, and the staff was so friendly. I was greeted by Leissan who was very welcoming and explained everything about the service I was getting. I got a Hydrafacial and a deep skin analysis with polarized light to see deeper layers of the skin that are invisible to the eye, this was an eye opener for me. Kathy Gunter, the medical aesthetician, did a fantastic job analyzing my skin and recommending a treatment perfectly suited to my needs. After the hydrafacial I left with a glowing, hydrated complexion and will absolutely be returning every time I’m in Houston.

Dr Bachillos office is amazing. I book a monthly facial with Kathy who has over 20 yrs of experience educating and doing facials! I’m just 3 months I see a huge difference in my skin. She has helped me with discoloration and is honest and thorough!

I had, and continue to have, very positive experiences with Dr. Bachilo, and the entire Glamour team. they take the time to go over your concerns and make recommendations based on your needs. There are no high-pressure sales just measured honest feedback. Last, but definitely not least, the office is very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated! If you're considering anything cosmetic I would HIGHLY recommend you call Glamour today.

The Glamour Plastic Surgery and Med Spa atmosphere was calm, quiet, and welcoming. My consultation with Dr. Bachilo was wonderful. She is soft-spoken, attentive, and listens to everything I have to say about my goals and the results I hope to achieve. She took the time to understand my expectations and made me feel completely heard and comfortable. She discussed the pros and cons of both surgical and non-surgical options, helping me understand what would best fit my body. Jill, the patient care coordinator, was the first person I met with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to that it felt like I was chatting with a close girlfriend. She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, which immediately put me at ease. I had lost a significant amount of weight in a short time span and wanted to reduce the loose, saggy skin on my arms and stomach. Dr. Bachilo performed an Arm Lift and a mini Tummy Tuck surgery, and the results far exceeded what I ever expected. It sounds funny, but I finally feel so good in my own skin again! Dr. Bachilo is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent, skilled surgeon. She, Jill, and the entire staff at Glamour were in constant communication with me throughout my surgery and recovery. Jill even responded to my texts after hours and on weekends whenever I had a question or concern. I cannot recommend them enough!
