One of the best decisions I ever made! Heights Plastic Surgery made my dreams come true. Dr. Bullocks has a great bedside manner. Most importantly, he listened. He developed a treatment plan specifically for my desired outcomes. The staff provided amazing support. Special thanks to Liz for answering my questions and taking great care of me. My recovery was virtually pain-free. I love my new look!

If you're looking for a plastic surgeon's office where you feel like an actual person instead of just another appointment on the schedule, Heights Plastic Surgery is it. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk team is wonderful, and I've always been able to get questions answered quickly and thoroughly which is a huge deal when you're going through surgery and recovery. Dr. Downey has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I always felt listened to, never rushed, and knew that my concerns were taken seriously. The level of follow-up care and attention has been amazing. Also, a special shoutout to Tori in the med spa! I completed several Emtone treatments with her, and she made every appointment enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best results possible. Fair warning: spend enough time with Tori and you'll leave with a list of additional treatments you suddenly want to try! 🤣 Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend Heights Plastic Surgery to anyone considering a procedure or med spa treatment.

I cannot recommend Heights Plastic Surgery enough. From my very first consultation through my recovery, I felt truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Downey, her medical assistant Liz, the incredible surgical team, and the front desk staff all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and at ease. They took the time to answer every question I had, listened carefully to what I was hoping to achieve, and made sure I felt informed and confident throughout the entire process. This breast reduction was something I had dreamed about since I was 13 years old. To finally have this surgery at 30 years old has been incredibly emotional in the best way. For the first time in a long time, I feel confident in my own skin again. I’m so excited to wear shirts and dresses I’ve always avoided and simply feel comfortable in my body. Going into surgery was nerve-wracking, but every person I interacted with treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I never felt like just another patient. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference, and I knew I was in excellent hands from start to finish. If you’ve been considering a breast reduction, I truly can’t recommend it enough. If I could give Dr. Bullocks and his team more than five stars, I absolutely would! From my very first consultation through my recovery, I have felt cared for, supported, and genuinely valued. Dr. Bullocks performed my breast reduction, tummy tuck, and hernia repair, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. A special thank you to Veronica, Liz, and Zulie. They have been nothing short of amazing. They walked me through every step of the pre-operative process, answered every question I had, and have continued to support me throughout my recovery. Whether it's through the patient app or over the phone, someone is always available to help, and I have never felt alone during this journey. I also want to recognize Stacey of Body Unique Houston (IG- bodyunique_houston) for providing award-winning post-operative care. Her lymphatic massage treatments have been an essential part of my healing journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about her clients. She offers evening appointments to work around busy schedules, checks on me regularly, and is always available to answer questions or provide encouragement. Her compassion and dedication have made such a difference in my recovery, especially in helping with swelling and scar tissue. I am truly grateful for the care she has provided. Another thing that impressed me is how organized the office is. I've never waited more than about 10 minutes for an appointment. Every visit has been efficient while still making me feel like I was their priority. I'm only two weeks post-op, so I still have swelling, but I can already tell my results are going to be amazing. The relief from my breast reduction was immediate—I noticed the difference in my shoulders right away. Although I'm still healing, I already feel more confident than I have in years. Every time I leave the office, I feel even more encouraged about my progress. I went in for my consultation with Doctor Downey and by the time we finished talking I knew she was who I wanted to do my neck lift, upper and lower facelift. The surgery went very well. I am 6 weeks post op and cannot believe how wonderful the results already are. The staff are absolutely amazing. I'll definitely have any future work right here. The photos shown are from day of surgery through 6 weeks post op.
