I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ernai Hernández and his entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Hernández takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident about your treatment. The treatments are top quality and truly first class. You can tell they care about providing the best care possible. The office is clean, well organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding medical care. I had an issue from a procedure that was done by a different provider, which is why I decided to see Dr. Ernai for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Even though they were booked out, they made the effort to squeeze me in after I explained my situation, which already showed how much they care about their patients. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, which meant a lot considering how stressed I was. Dr. Ernai took the time to properly evaluate me. He clearly identified the problem, explained everything in a way I could understand, and treated it the right way. I truly wish I had gone to him from the beginning. If you’re looking for a doctor who listens and takes you seriously, I highly recommend Dr. Ernai.
