I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I requested a virtual consultation, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly everything moved. Within about five minutes, I was connected with Ella, who completed my intake. She was kind, professional, and made the process feel easy. She let me know that a coordinator would contact me within 24–48 hours, but I actually received a call within the hour! My coordinator, Doreen, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood the process, and made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, but this team truly exceeded my expectations. Their prompt communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a positive first impression. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how great the rest of the experience will be. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, caring, and professional team!

Surgery day today!!!! My honest review I’ve had a great experience with Mia Aesthetics from booking my procedure all the way through surgery and discharge. My surgeon, Dr. Marc Sarcia in Houston, was such a sweetheart. We had a long conversation before surgery. I didn’t have many questions because I had done a lot of research beforehand, but he still took the time to go over everything and made me feel comfortable and informed. When I woke up after surgery, my nurse was amazing. I was very thirsty, and she immediately made sure I had water and Gatorade. She was incredibly gentle and caring throughout the entire recovery process. She even helped my husband get me into the car, doing everything with patience and kindness. I especially want to highlight how caring she was because I’ve seen many reviews mentioning impatient nurses. My experience was completely different. Every patient’s experience is unique, so try not to assume someone else’s experience will be yours. Thank you to the entire Mia team for making this process such a positive one. I’m very happy with the care I received. I haven’t seen my final results without my faja yet, so I’m not reviewing the outcome today, but my experience with the staff and surgical team has been excellent so far.

I had a lot of questions regarding the liposuction procedure, and she took the time to answer every single one of them thoroughly. Her help made the process so much easier, and I really appreciated her excellent customer service.

I want to relay honest feedback because surgery can be life changing for some of us. The facility is nice and the girls are nice HOWEVER; you may be sold the body of your dreams but will not indeed get it. I had an in-person consultation, and you never get one with the actual doctor, so you are speaking to an intake rep. instead. They make you "wait a few days" until the dr approves your requests. I waited a few days and was told the dr approved my requests and I was a candidate for surgery. I was excited, paid my down payment and started planning for my surgery...fast forward, I attend my pre-op appointment, and confirmation was given yet again for my surgery. I go into surgery the next morning for my arms and back and the dr comes in and tells me they do not do the arms at the Houston location because they do not have the equipment. Mind you, this was less than 30 mins going into surgery. Imagine my disappointment. I was having to get my back redone because the job by dr Patino was horrible. I prepareded for MONTHS for this surgery. Mia has got to do better. It's very unprofessional to never see your dr until right before going into the operating room. What's more unprofessional is these intake reps over charging and allowing you to pay so they can make that commission. In the end, we are not valued as a client, we are looked at as commission money. Be careful if you are booking with Mia, this is not the first time this has happened to me with them. The first time was with the Austin location, so this time I was thinking Houston was better but nope, it's how Mia itself runs their program. You do not want to be recovering, fighting to get your funds back, reaching out and no one is replying. Save yourself the frustration. In reality, they are not really cheaper than other places. They advertise Lipo 360 starting off at 3,600 and charge you 7k. Then offer 50% off but only take off 2,100. Just be careful. Be open minded to major disappointment if you book with Mia. Even more concerning that "the owner" couldn't find me in the system when I have had 3 surgeries with yall and I used my government name. SMH, please do better!
