From begging to end, I had the best experience from the consultation with Claudia to meeting Dr.Shukla. He is one of the few that actually cares for his patients. If you are having second thoughts don’t. You won’t regret trusting him. My husband had a whole bunch of questions and the doctor was very responsive.
Dr. Shine is one of the best! His bedside manner is amazing, I felt comfortable from beginning to end, and I LOVE how I look! Thank you to this awesome doctor!
Great customer support from Claudia and Dr. Parikh did an amazing job. No bruising and no pain during surgery, was overall a smooth and easy process.
i purchased a package for 3 prp microneedling sessions awhile ago. i have called multiple times to schedule the final session with no response. at this point i will be filing a chargeback with the credit card company. in addition to that, for the first two sessions, the technician did not know how to draw my blood so the prp was not included in the session.
Not sure about doctor’s work, but please don’t even bother trying to get ahold of the office. After several attempts, I spoke to Claudia, which from my understanding she works at the front desk for scheduling. I thought she was nice at first but, then she became rude over the phone. I have emails of me following up , and took me 3 times emailing to get a response. I confirmed a date, never got a response back, just called and was told that date is no longer available. They need a better job at communicating & have someone more on top of replying, & following with emails.
