Great gym with awesome people and workout! It’s so clean and the workouts are challenging ! Coaches are encouraging and invested. Coach Trisha is such a kind and cool human and owner. The gym culture here is friendly, fun, and you will for sure break a sweat 💦!
Six months ago I posted on our neighborhood Facebook page looking for a personal trainer to help with someone middle aged, overweight, arthritic, and out of shape. Trisha responded inviting me to try out Crossfit Equality. Best decision I ever made. Their coaches are amazing at helping you adapt movements to your unique aches and pains, the coaches and fellow gym goers are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I am 65 lbs lighter (ok, it is partly pharmaceutical related but my increased strength is all crossfit!) , have more energy and flexibility, and my aches and pains for the most part are better. My only negative is they are so amazing everyone is referring friends and family and the classes are getting larger. But they make that work, too! Many thanks to Trisha for answering my plea for help!

Crossfit Equality has completely exceeded my expectations! So thankful for the coaches who are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly supporting and motivating. The community here is like family and the inviting atmosphere makes you want to push yourself to the limit. The gym is also clean with decent hours that fit my schedule. Highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete.
I love this gym! Everyone is extremely friendly and supportive. Equality is also super clean and spacious so you won’t have to worry about not having your own space during a workout. They also have fun family events so you can hang out and get to know everyone.
