CFH is a wonderful place! The coaches are extremely knowledgeble and make sure your getting great quality training. They modify to the best of a persons ability and still push everyone to try their hardest. I absolutely love this place, and recommend it to everyone.
Best place in Houston to drop in while traveling. Facility was spotless and the owner Carlos was a great coach!! Will be back next time I’m in town.
Lisa and Carlos (and the other instructors) are a class act. Not only do they walk their talk in a big way, they care about the health and progress of every individual in their care. They tailor every workout to each individual's ability while pushing all of us to push ourselves. I'm attaining my healthiest, most fit self in a safe, caring and yet competitive arena. I'll NEVER go anyplace else! Thank you CrossfitHouston.
