Through the years I’ve dropped in here for hero WODs or just for fitness with friends :). Great CrossFit community here that I became a member. Coaches are knowledgeable which makes a comfortable environment and there’s athletes of all levels! A bike path right outside if you want to go on a run OR you can run inside on the runners.
Great CrossFit gym with knowledgeable coaches and a super supportive community. Workouts are challenging but scalable for all levels. Clean facility, great energy, and a place that keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!
Great facility to get your workout in! Energetic community and coaches. All levels welcome
This is a great CrossFit gym! Some of the best coaches and people you will meet!
I had a deeply disturbing experience with the owner of this establishment. I approached the business early in the morning to raise a concern about extremely loud music with heavy bass that was being blasted through open doors (including the garage and front door). The noise was echoing through our community of 50 townhomes nearby — a neighborhood that has been established for over 10 years. I attempted to speak politely and non-confrontationally, but the owner became immediately aggressive. He raised his voice, verbally threatened me, and ultimately charged at me in a threatening manner — all of this happened in front of his customers. I felt unsafe and had to leave before the situation escalated further. When I explained the impact his business was having on the surrounding residential area, he dismissed the concern entirely, stating that he could "do whatever he wants, whenever he wants," and that I "couldn't do anything" about it. This is not the type of behavior any community should have to tolerate from a local business, and certainly not the kind of environment any customer should support. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against engaging with this establishment.
