I've been coming to TEF for years, and I've had the chance to see how it's evolved over time. I can honestly say it gets better every year. The atmosphere, the equipment, the music, and the overall vibe are truly one of a kind. Everyone is focused on putting in the work and reaching their goals. Of course, there's some socializing here and there, but it never takes away from the serious training environment. It's a very welcoming gym with zero judgment, and that's exactly why I've stayed loyal to this original warehouse gym. If you haven't checked out TEF yet, it's definitely worth a visit. Come ready to work hard, sweat, and enjoy the vibe!

I can honestly say that finding TEF has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. Out of every gym I’ve been to, this is by far the best. I genuinely look forward to coming here every single day, and if I miss a workout, it just doesn’t feel right. TEF has completely changed my lifestyle by keeping me motivated, consistent, and excited to train. The atmosphere is incredible, the members are respectful, and the staff truly cares about creating the best experience possible. You can tell they’re constantly investing in the gym by bringing in new equipment and machines, which makes every workout even better. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you’re someone who loves that hardcore warehouse gym environment, this is the place to be. No matter your experience level, you’ll feel welcome and motivated to become the best version of yourself. I can’t recommend TEF enough. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a second home and actually makes you want to show up every day, this is it. Five stars all the way!

I’ve been a member with this gym for 3 years. I was recently deployed and my bank account was hacked during the time there. I was willing to continue to pay my membership while I was gone out of pure loyalty. And it was cool to watch them start upgrading right before I was, so I figured why not keep it going. When my account was compromised my membership was paused, I came back home and was ready to get back to it! I was not able to, so I attempted to speak to the owner(was straight up told by his assistant, I could not speak to the owner “he is too busy for you”) because I was locked in at $30 a month for the past three years before the equipment upgrades an the social media team even bragged that “loyal members get locked in at their price”. Their new price is about $50 a month, so not quite double but almost. That’s what I was offered by his assistant. I then again asked could I speak to the owner or have his number and was told “he’s too busy for you” So, unfortunately I was done pretty dirty. I have asked to speak to the owner many times, as I know him by face. I felt like I was done wrong. Hopefully the owner see this and contacts me. If he doesn’t, then just be aware. Especially if you’re a veteran/first responder. I love the gym, but I was handled incredibly wrong. I will delete this review if I am handled with integrity.

Amazing gym I had a good time for my first day , I will definitely be coming back great music , people , and vibes all through the gym definitely makes me feel welcome for my first time .
