Greatest belly dance class in Houston!!! Amira is so warm and welcoming for any who want to learn. The concept taught by Amira is clear and crisp. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, I must share my experience at a bachelorette party I recently attended for one of my friends in Houston, TX! One of my good friends hired a belly dancer to celebrate her bachelorette party. I was a little concerned about how fun it would be since I am a shy dancer and I was unsure how it would work. But we had a blast! Amira definitely knows how to throw a party. Her performance was nothing short of spectacular. She made the evening unforgettable and added a unique, vibrant energy everyone absolutely loved. Amira was professional, warm, and engaging from the moment she arrived. She took the time to understand the vibe we were going for and tailored her performance to match the party's mood perfectly. Her costume was stunning, and her dancing was mesmerizing—full of grace, skill, and captivating movements that had everyone on their feet and joining in the fun. What made Amira stand out was her ability to connect with the guests. She made everyone feel comfortable and included, encouraging participation in a fun and respectful way. Her performance was the night's highlight, bringing energy and excitement that we'll talk about for years to come. This was such a fun and different experience! Booked this class for my Bachelorette party, wanted to try something different from the pole classes since I've done pole before. The area is different, sure, but Amira was such an amazing teacher and so welcoming! She has the studio set up so cute for pictures and videos ! Would definitely return.

Amira is a fantastic teacher. Her entry-level classes are fun and not intimidating for beginners, while still imparting authentic belly dancing techniques. Amira knows her stuff and knows how to give little tips on position and posture that suddenly get your body movements looking like a graceful exotic belly dancer, not an awkward kid trying to hula hoop for the first time! She also has a troupe that performs at festivals etc. giving you something to work towards if you want to go to the next level. Brava!

I loved Ameera’a class so much. She was so sweet and had such good energy. She made me feel like she really wanted me to be there and is willing to work with your schedule. Her class was so fun and judgment free as well. I hope I can go again soon.
