We found MDC this year because we were looking for a boys dance class for my 5 year old son. From the first Boys Hip Hop trial class, he was hooked! Coach Al does such a great job at choreographing dance routines that are full of "cool moves" (my son's words) but still accessible to early dancers. All the teachers and staff are very welcoming, flexible and patient and create an environment where dancers feel challenged and nurtured at the same time. We have seen our son's confidence grow over the course of the year through his class, participation in the dance company, and mentorship from the older students. If you're looking for a studio with excellent dance training with talented, down-to-earth instructors give MDC a try!

Ms. Karen has been one of the most fabulous mentors for me since 2023! She always believed in me and always made the studio a warm welcome! Her cheerful, energetic attitude is what made me feel comfortable to express myself and dance freely. Without her, I wouldn’t be here today. She has prepared me so much for dancing and looking back, I realized how much progress I made and I transformed from beginner to experienced! This studio is a must with loads of competitions and lots of praise for your students if they are interested in Dance! Dancing is one of the only things that keeps me alive and functioning and thanks to Ms. Karen, she has helped and transformed me into a completely new person!

Motion has been an incredible place for my daughter as they helped her with her self esteem and confidence in dance, as well as helping her make her school dance team. As the instructors are talented and very supportive, the classes are very welcoming and open for all levels of dance. The dancers there show the passion they have for dance and we really appreciate motion and staff.

My daughter loves Motion Dance and the wonderful teachers. She was unable to attend this last spring, but she is looking forward to the Call and seeing all her favorite teachers, including Ms. Skylar. They have made her so comfortable and prepared for performances that she gets onstage without even being nervous. The teachers really care about the children as well. We can’t wait to be back in ballet or hip hop or something new.

Karen truly made our wedding first dance everything I dreamed of and more. We worked with her for 3 months, and from the very beginning she made me feel so comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. I’m not a dancer at all, but the way she breaks everything down and hypes you up along the way makes such a difference. She created a routine that felt like us, not forced, and made sure we actually enjoyed the process instead of feeling stressed.
