I've never felt more safe at a dentist than at this practice, so much so that I recommended others to this facility. My dental hygienist, dentist, and even the visiting dental assistant was amazing. Definitely having all of my core dental work done here and driving an hour to do so. p.s. I have to change my review. I can't express how warm, welcomed, and safe I feel when even interacting with the staff at this facility. Will always recommend!

I am really glad I found this dentist office. It’s lively and the staff seem to enjoy it here as well. This is my second time here, both for routine cleanings, both great visits. My appointment this time fell on Halloween eve and everyone was dressed in their costumes and so festive. Gerrel did my cleaning and x-rays this time, my cleaning last time and she is always so pleasant and gentle, yet thorough with my teeth. And her old skool Adidas ensemble was so cute! We talked throughout the visit and between the r&b playlist in the background and the TV above your head to watch when you’re leaning back along with the one in front of you when you’re sitting up, it almost feels like when you chillin’ over your cousin house. Dr. Batiste was just as pleasant this time as the last time and her chair-side manner I definitely appreciate. I don’t feel rushed and she seems genuinely concerned about the health of your teeth. She explains everything in detail and I don’t feel pressure to buy a package or upgrade my services. I’m always in and out. The artwork on the walls as you walk out is so beautiful and as a whole, you can tell the practice was thoughtfully designed. I’ll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Having experienced harsh and uncomfortable dental services in the past, I was honestly nervous, but this experience was the complete opposite. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care radiated throughout the entire office. The smiling faces welcomed me in a way that immediately put me at ease and gave me hope and confidence about what my smile could become. Every member of the team treated me with patience, respect, and gentleness, making what is usually a stressful experience feel comfortable and encouraging. I especially want to recognize the outstanding Black and Hispanic women professionals who helped make my visit so memorable. If you like corporate medicine and efficiency, this is the place for you. If you would prefer a sense of compassion or concern about you as a person, keep searching. Although I have been a patient with this firm for decades, I am treated as a profit center rather than as a person. Every time I go for appointments, I am seen by a different technician or doctor. I feel like a cog in their machine. On my last visit I was scolded by a dentist, "You sure have a lot of crowns. You better floss those daily." A. I already do so. B. The crowns were dental procedures I received at your office. C. Would it be better if I had no teeth? The firm has lots of policies to convenience THEM: Pay before you receive treatment. The owner of the firm doesn't return calls. I recently called for an appointment because of a chipped tooth, a problem that the office had previously treated and had reoccurred. I explained my needs to the office staff and asked for a morning appointment as soon as possible. I was given an appointment in a couple of days, but the day before it was to occur it was cancelled by them without explanation. When I called to find out why, the office staff told me that they had made a mistake. "The doctor only does exams at that appointment time, and you need a filling." MY MISTAKE: I thought the DENTIST, NOT THE RECEPTIONIST would examine me and determine what procedure was required?? I was then offered an afternoon appointment (Did they not pay attention to my request for a morning appointment?) When I complained about this, I was told it would be more than a week before I could see someone in the morning. She then referred to me as "Dear". I am not her "Dear", nor do I want to be spoken to in a patronizing manner. I am going to look for another provider.

I visited this dentist twice consecutively before moving to a new area and trying out a dentist here. However, I didn’t enjoy the experience. I just didn’t get that fresh feeling, and I didn’t feel secure. So, I decided to return and remembered why they said, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” The cleaning was superb, and the staff made me feel like they were all a close-knit family. They were transparent with me, clean, and made me feel comfortable. This is my forever dentist. Don’t walk into this office. RUN !
