I had such a great experience here at 650 Heights with Mandy. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and the wait time was very short. Mandy was especially amazing — you can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to educate them instead of rushing through the appointment. I was a little anxious since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She was very careful, thorough, and went above and beyond during my visit. Unfortunately I needed a small procedure done, but she did a wonderful job and made the experience much better than I expected. She also gave me helpful recommendations for whitening strips, mouthwash, and preventative care, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely compassionate. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Mandy and would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family!

Everyone there worked above and beyond to make sure that you get the very best out come for your dental work from cleaning to dental surgery. They worked with me on my blood pressure issues to make sure everything was ok. I’m very pleased to have been able to get them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE especially Veterans. Love the work yall done.

I received a cleaning at 650 Dental performed by Mandy, and she was excellent. She was understanding, professional, and very attentive throughout the visit. I typically experience anxiety during dental appointments, but she helped ease that significantly and made the entire experience much more comfortable. Great job, Mandy!!! However, when I called a couple of days later, my interaction with the front desk was noticeably different. The experience left me questioning whether I was dealing with the right practice.

It really pains me to even have to write this because this has been my favorite dentist office for 4 years.. so much so that I changed insurance and they went out of network and my son and I still continued to go there and pay more. The front desk ladies are amazing and I love them so much. The dentists and dental hygienists have always been great. Until 6 months ago when it all changed.. I had a cavity and went in to have it filled by Dr Harb. It was my first real experience with her that I recall. It was the most traumatizing experience I have ever had in my life to the point where I have anxiety now going tot hr dentist, and I am not an anxious person at all. She yelled, screamed, used inappropriate language and belittled me throughout the entire experience because I couldn’t keep my mouth open wide enough or because I swallowed when I wasn’t supposed to. I was really trying.. The same thing I’ve always done. I have had fillings before and have never had these issues. I’ve even had a root canal that was better than this. It’s really scary to be in a vulnerable position like that with your mouth open and a drill like tool inside, with someone yelling at you and telling you you aren’t trying hard enough and they are going to damage your mouth if you don’t try harder. That is putting what she said mildly. And this was over 30+ minutes of belittling happening over and over. It was really scary and I’m not a dramatic person at all. I rarely even write reviews. For months, my tooth didn’t feel right when I ate on that side of my mouth. I didn’t go back because honestly I was scared. To be honest, 6 months later, it still feels off. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there is honestly no excuse to be treated like a piece of trash like that when you are in a vulnerable state, and then have it not even done right in the first place. I let the office know it happened and all I got was a “Sorry, you can see someone else next time.” She just got away with it like it’s nothing and I’m sure I’m not the first or last. The fact that they would even employ an individual like this is frankly disgusting. Go at your risk.. like I said, everyone else is great but the fact that they handled this situation so poorly makes me even rethink that too. At a minimum, if you have any anxiety at all about the dentist, she will scare you away to the point of no return so please see someone else. I didn’t have any anxiety prior but now I do, even going somewhere different. All I can hope is that she is not able to traumatize anyone else like this in the future.

I stopped coming here because even after multiple procedures, I was still experiencing pain. I’m now seeing a new dentist, and unfortunately, a lot of the dental work that was done here had to be redone. I will say the staff was always very friendly and provided great customer service. They often recognized me before I even had a chance to check in, which I appreciated. The facility was also clean and well-maintained. However, the wait times were consistently very long, and overall I did not have a good experience when it came to the actual dental work.
