I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because it was such a pleasant surprise. Finding a dental office you can trust isn't always easy, and I left feeling like I had finally found one. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was that I never felt pressured into treatments or services I didn't need. They were straightforward, honest, and focused on my dental health instead of trying to sell me anything. I left feeling relieved, respected, and confident that I'm in good hands. I'm really glad I found this office.
While the dentist Christensen nice and amazing, the front desk staff member, Thomas, was incredibly unprofessional. Mid-procedure—while I was numbed and in the chair—he interrupted to demand payment before they would put in my temporary crown. I had to walk out to the parking lot mid-treatment to get my card. When I tried to address this with him afterward and explain why interrupting my procedure was wrong, he didn't even apologize. Instead of a simple "I'm sorry," he got incredibly defensive and made excuses. Either collect payment at check-in or wait until the appointment is done. Treating a numbed-up patient this way—and then being defensive about it—is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have to come back here several times to finish the procedure. It RUINED my day.. Hopefully at least the crown gets done well.
I went to Village Dentistry for a crown placement, but the crown never felt right from the start. Despite multiple attempts to adjust and “fix” it, the crown remained painful and uncomfortable. Eventually, the crown fell out, causing significant damage to the underlying tooth. The tooth broke to the point where it is no longer restorable and now requires oral surgery. When I returned seeking emergency care, the staff was uncaring and unresponsive. The doctor never followed up with a phone call or any support. In contrast, one call to my husband’s dentist at Sparkle House resulted in immediate care—they saw me right away and promptly referred me to an oral surgeon. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I would caution others to seek a second opinion before proceeding with major work here.
I have been a patient here since 2020. Their service is always exceptional and the office looks pristine every time I come here. Appointment times are respected and Dr. Christensen does a great job at explaining things in a manner you can understand. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
Dr. Christensen was very knowledgable and was the first dentist to give me an explanation of my dental erosion. The hygienist was thorough and did a great job with deep cleaning. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
