URBN Dental Midtown makes going to the dentist and getting your teeth cleaned an absolute pleasure. The staff is gracious and fun from the minute you walk in. Service is 5 star the whole way. Appointments are easy to get and they happily shifted the time of day when I had a sudden schedule conflict. Communication texts make it easy and efficient and have their own sweet brand. The entire office has an uplifting vibe, lighting and music. The dental technician - Nicole, and dentists are state of the art experts.

I had an amazing experience at Urbn Dental Midtown! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. A huge thank you to Destiny at check-in for making the process smooth and easy, and to Troy, the Treatment Plan Coordinator, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining everything. My hygienist Nicci was gentle, detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. And Dr. Mai and his assistant Josie was absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions while making sure I felt at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere. You can truly tell the team cares about their patients and providing quality care. I definitely recommend Urbn Dental Midtown to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend URBN Dental Midtown! From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, especially with scheduling and providing clear parking information, which made the visit even easier. Dr. Frank and his team were very informative and took the time to walk me through my treatment options, giving me honest advice on the best path moving forward. What truly made the biggest difference in my experience was the hygienist, Nicci. Let’s be honest — most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, and I was definitely nervous going in. But Nicci’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for her work completely changed my experience. She made sure I understood everything, took pride in making sure I got the most out of my treatment, and really helped ease my nerves. It was comforting knowing I was in such good hands. A special thank you as well to Josie, who was also very helpful and supportive throughout the visit. The level of care and attention from this team truly stands out!

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say everyone has always treated me with respect and kindness. I personally never experienced anyone being unprofessional, but every time I’ve had questions or concerns, the team has been incredibly patient with me. There were a couple of times I was overwhelmed about costs, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I already knew the work would be expensive, and at the end of the day that was my responsibility to figure out, but I appreciated how understanding and professional they were through the whole process. Special thank you to the girls at the front — Destiny and Paige. You both are amazing, and I really appreciate you going out of your way to call me when I was having issues receiving emails. Small things like that matter more than you know. Also, thank you to Jodi for helping me with my crown. I truly appreciate you giving me a safe space to feel an emotion that reminded me of my past. Your kindness and compassion meant a lot to me. Thank you all for always treating me with care and respect.

I love my dentist hands down! I used to always hate going the past because of previous experiences but this dentist office, will explain everything to the T and the why behind it. From the staff to the doctors, they are alllll amazing and very professional. Be prepared to laugh throughout your experience. The best part I love is the music which helps me relax more.
