We had a truly exceptional experience with Tonya today. Her courtesy, kindness, and thoughtfulness were remarkable. She expertly guided us in selecting the appropriate menu items and flawlessly executed every aspect of customer service. Her detailed knowledge of Burger King's offerings was impressive, and she proactively informed us about specials and optimal reward redemption days, which was particularly beneficial as an existing rewards member. She even expressed that we "ruled," a sentiment we had not previously encountered at Burger King, and offered us crowns. Tonya was an absolute pleasure to interact with and a prime example of outstanding customer service. Her personalized approach ensures our return to this location. The microphone outside really is terrible to communicate either that the lady can't communicate well. I had to get out from.the drive thru which was annoying . Then I went inside and it was crazy there was still poor communication. The older black lady did the best she took care of me better because the older Mexican lady had an attitude. She was really miserable and unhappy making the atmosphere awkward. Thankfully the older black lady is there to help English speaking people order because the other lady acted like she couldnt understand me. I love all people but my people be so damn difficult we all dont speak Spanish. Anyways I got my food and I don't think I will be back here . It wasnt for me it was for my husband. He said his food was delicious so that was a good thing.

Watch out for this guy. Pull the gun on me in signal the dude and a blue hoodie with a blue bandana around his face to jump out of a car and attack me. I'm not sure what level of organized crime they're doing now in this area but it's really scary to see that's happening so close to a high school and college. Whatever happened to the protecting the children?

RUDE MALE CASHIER THIS MORNING AT THE DRIVE THRU!!! After being asked what I would like to order, I told him my order but he was too busy talking to someone else in the back ground so I waited patiently for him to either finish his conversation or just tell me to hold on. He didn't did not do either one so after waiting a few minutes of just sitting there, I decided to just drive around. Once I drove around he gave me the MEANIST look and said he was not done taking my order and I should have waited!!!! And then said "Y'all customers do what y'all want to do!!" RUDE, IGNORANT and just MEAN all before 7:45am in the morning!!!! I told him I don't even want to place my order and to have a good day!

Food was hot and fresh. Good flavor. But service isn’t the greatest a you don’t get what you pay for really. This is their idea of a large fry and a lot of ketchup.
