This was my first time being a Houston and I haven't been here for an hour and I was hungry so I decided to get something to eat from Chick-fil-A and I must say this has been the first Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to where several employees from 5 to 8 different employees will look you dead in your eyes and won't speak to you, acknowledge you, or ask you if you need help with something. I was shocked because I didn't know this is the type of service that Chick-fil-A represents nowadays. Honestly I walked into this Chick-fil-A and thought I was at McDonald's with this type of customer service they showed. After this I will give them Walmart try to see if the customer service will improve if not then I notice every chick play is not up to the true standards that they set out to be.

Throughout my time eating here and enjoying my meal, a worker here named Ester Sandoval helped me and my family out so much. You can sense her kindness throughout her presence, she always made sure me and my family were taken care of. Her kindness and her work ethic put a smile on my face and my family’s, we all noticed her hard work and her hard dedication. She definitely needs a raise! she made sure our table was cleans and drinks where full, she really made my day today!

Bryce was incredibly pleasant and provided amazing customer service at the drive-thru. He was friendly, respectful, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see such outstanding service, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll definitely be back. Chick-fil-A consistently hires courteous, respectful young people, and Bryce is a perfect example of that. Great job!

Rude and impatient staff at this location. So not like this so called Christian establishment but I guess they hire devilish team members now. And Im handicapped and was still treated wrongly. I definitely will NOT return here. Becareful!! You have been warned!
