Disappointing quality lately. Check your salad before you leave! I usually love Chick-fil-A for their fresh food, but the quality control at this location has really gone downhill lately. This is the third time in a row I’ve ordered a salad only to find heavily wilted, brown, and soggy lettuce inside. This time it was so unappetizing that I couldn't even finish eating it. For the price they charge for a premium salad, getting old, bruised greens and strawberries three times in a row is unacceptable. Definitely check your bowl before you drive away from the window.

I’ve always trusted Chick-fil-A, but this experience was really disappointing. I ordered breakfast and when I bit into my chicken biscuit, the inside of the chicken was visibly undercooked pink and not fully done. This is a serious food safety issue, not just a quality issue. Eating undercooked chicken can make someone sick, so it was honestly alarming to see. I hope this location takes food preparation more seriously moving forward. I’ve never experienced this before here, but it definitely made me question the consistency.

Had a grady time at the Chick Fil A for breakfast! Staff was mostly well prepared at 7 in the morning, and the dining area was spotless! Will definitely return!

Chick-fil-A's are consistently good but this Holcombe was built different! Service was impeccable. They accommodated my last minute catering request with grace and professionalism. Leo and the team were kind and attentive. Food was great and brought out quickly!

Never had I had problems here today was a first . The young girl in drive-through seemed a little off . I had to repeat my order 4 times ! When I got to the front I noticed my drinks were medium so I told the girl in the front I asked for large . She kind of smiled and told the guy making the drinks . And I clearly heard them saying that it wasn’t the first etc . Then the young lady went out came back and said she talked to the girl and said I messed up the order and they were all saying we are both wrong etc . Then she said one was a Diet Coke I said nooo I clearly told her no after she repeated the order they were all 3 cokes with 2 limonada and they continue to talk about me . I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t hear them but very unprofessional to talk about paying customers. I definitely won’t be returning to this location
