i waited for a very long time for my order. can't say i am satisfied with that. but i don't blame them. it was packed. i went back in may, on a monday, so suffice to say i was a bit surprised! food came out fine, not hot ENOUGH, but it's alright for a quick meal. order was correct, and you are allowed to ask for cutlery, with no attitude! in summation, it was alright, expect what you would of a run-of-the-mill fast food place, but with the additional hustle-and-bustle of a mall.

Please don’t waste your time coming to this location. Team is rude and unprofessional. Food is hardly as good or fresh as other locations. If you eat here, I hope there’s a restroom close by. Good luck and don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I didn’t expect that ordering a “deluxe spicy sandwich” would make me feel discriminated against. When I placed my order, I clearly explained in English what I wanted, but the employee did not understand. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I went back to let them know, and when I spoke in Spanish, the response I got was “I don’t understand,” along with a rude attitude, as if it was my fault. The first time, they asked for my name for the order, but when I returned to correct their mistake, they called me a “red flag,” which is completely inappropriate and offensive. On top of that, the sandwich was cold and of very poor quality, even though it is supposed to be made fresh. I will not be coming back. The service was terrible and the experience very disappointing.

The fast they wanna work, they make a lot mistakes they let you think what you want you have to choices anything probably you don't like it. Another thing they not give you the receipt 😔

Stood in front of 2 talking cashiers for 3-4 minutes before they stopped having their conversation and took my order. There was no line on Monday at noon. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich deluxe combos and waited for a 10 minutes. Both fried chicken sandwiches and French Fries came out cold. WTH? The chicken sandwiches were as small as a McDonald's quarter pounder burger which is extremely small for an $11.20 meal. I highly recommend going to another fast food eatery. The food and service here in the Galleria was not worth the time or the price.
