The only CFA i’ll never eat at again. Found TWO hairs in my cobb salad before i got too disgusted to even eat anymore of it. The first one was a small white short curly one, probably a beard hair or something and the second one was longer brown and wavy. Disgusting. I’ve never NOT finished my salad but I can’t , this is disgusting
Walked 20 minutes, security guard gives us instructions on where to go and says they close at 3 and we have plenty of time. We get to register at 2:00 worker says NOTHING to us, we look at menu and get ready to order and they say "we are closed". Ask nicely if they would take ONE more order and the manager doesn't even look up or ask a single question.... says NO. NO WAY. Great 👍 you're fantastic
Updating my review: Came back to this chick fil a twice in the last week and had to wait over 25 mins for some chicken strips and a drink. The crowd waiting for orders was at least 30 people. Just when you thought they got it right, they revert back to the bad service. My coworkers and I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for over 6 years now and they recently made a crew change. That new crew has been here for 2-3 months and somehow it takes at least 15-20 mins to get my mobile order from this location. I am currently sitting in front of the restaurant and there is a mob of 40 people waiting for orders at 1:30 PM on a Wednesday. We have started eating at other places in The Highlight because Chick Fil A is just not worth a 20 min wait. There used to be a crew led by Bailey that would have our food ready immediately. Bring Bailey and her crew back.
This Chick-fil-A was great before but corporate took it over and brought in all new people. I don't mind that but when service and food quality go down. Doesn't seem smart with how busy they get. The lines are really bad now and takes forever to get your food. Before it was a well oiled machine and now it's pretty bad. I love Chick-fil-A too. I tried to give them time but it's been 3 months since the change and they're still really slow and seems like food is not the same quality either.
Received my order with a long piece of hair cooked in it this morning. Will definitely NEVER eat from here again🤢
