TLDR; Express location similar to an airport. Same food, but no app support so you can't order ahead or earn points. Fast and efficient with the food options you're used to, but in a food court. The ordering line is on the left and gets fairly long during lunch but goes very quickly. Most of the time you're waiting on the right for your food with a bunch of people. Sometimes more people than in line. I get that managing online/app orders would complicate the pickup process. I personally wouldn't my food sitting around getting cold, but I would like to earn and redeem points. This also means that they don't participate in any promotions or market level offers since those require the app. This location is made for people who work downtown so you only have breakfast and lunch. There's obviously no drive through.

Lately, my salad is never right. My order is the same every time, but what I receive is not. When ordering a Cobb salad with the same grilled cold shredded chicken that comes on the Market salad, I have gotten a spicy grilled piece of chicken that I am sure was supposed to go on a sandwich, grilled nuggets, and today, a hot piece of grilled chicken on top of my salad. The regular breaded chicken that comes on the Cobb salad isn’t even hot. Why would you put hot chicken on top of a salad?

The fastest service ever, got my food within a minute. Quick fresh hot even when I get home. I think items to order are the bacon and mac & cheese biscuit and the chicken minis. They’re so tasteful. Also the milkshakes, but I didn’t get one today. Definitely will next visit. They are always top-tier when it comes to service. I highly recommend this one. There is a two dollar parking for 20 minutes to get inside the mall and you have to walk through the fourth floor excavator.

I placed an order at the front desk with server Yesenia I. Throughout the service, she was laughing with another server beside her, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, she wrote my name on the receipt incorrectly and which I find very offensive. I do not believe this was due to noise or misunderstanding, as I have been served by this same employee about four times, and she has written my name this way each time. On one occasion, she also entered my order incorrectly.

This location is not it. They don’t accept Chick-fil-A loyalty program (??) and also don’t have any ice-cream/milkshakes. This is a poor franchise location. Their service is fast. But that’s it. Also the atmosphere around is not very pleasant or well decorated (not even on a usual Chick-fil-A standard) Even the food didn’t taste as usual from other locations..
