Got a fries and a burger to go with drive-thru service. There was a long wait to get my food after midnight. Finally food arrived. My fries were smashed below burger. Food was hot but not enough fries to fill the bag. Ugh. Not happy.
My Chicken sandwich is full of hair! The African American guy at the window was very nice and polite. My order is also missing items
Went in for a timely treat and encountered Ricky! He was very enthusiastic and treated my husband and I very well when we ordered. Made us laugh and encouraged us to try limited time things. Friendly atmosphere all around. Refreshing and the food was hot and fresh! Great experience!
Have good customer service they let us used there rest room and it was clean and the food was good
I ordered a vanilla shake with boba. The Boba was raw uncooked it was rock can cause hazard i didn't even go through this.I'm honestly upset, miss my first time.Coming here in this never happen to me out of all the other jacks in the boxes , so I'd go too.
