Raising Cane’s has the best chicken fingers in the world! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and tasted incredibly fresh. The crinkle-cut fries were delicious, the Texas toast was buttery and amazing, and the Cane’s Sauce tied everything together perfectly. Even though the menu is simple, they do every item exceptionally well. I can definitely see why it’s so popular, and I’ll be coming back whenever I get the chance!

June 23 about 12:20 AM. I come through the drive-through. Order the box combo and I get the most stale food I’ve ever had in probably many years. It’s old. The texture is off not fresh at all.. so I go back through the drive-through asking for fresh food. The manager comes and he says no problem. About 30 to 45 seconds later he hands me the supposed new food. All they did was to drop it in the grease again. I’m very irritated.

Can’t take an order for the life of them. Simple, fries and chicken. Small small tenders. Never coming back to this location again.

This is my first time over here and when I walked in the black lady came out from the back, she had a blue headband. She asks “what do you want” I was surprised by the way she asked that because i used to work as a customer service representative. I just ended up telling her what I'd like to place and she was huffing and puffing while taking my order. She ended up giving up her service to a blonde guy and was no problem at all. I'm grateful she did because her attitude was nasty and wasn't cute. Her service was terrible 😭but the food was also terrible as her and it was ugly. TELL ME WHY I SAW THIS AFTER I MOVED THE CHICKEN. Idk but I guess some people shouldn't work in the food industry if they're going to act that way🫩🤷🏻‍♀️. The food way actually so nasty threw it away once I seen that. DONT COME HERE!!! BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!

Someone from HQ should come mystery shop this place. From the moment we walked in it was such a disappointing experience. All tables were dirty, chicken on the floor, water spilled on the floor, asked to clean table but we ended up doing it ourselves. The girl taking our order didn’t even say hello and someone else stepped in to finish taking our order. The employees were joking around behind and front of counter, one even spilled his cup of ice on the floor next to a customer. Didn’t clean up, I can still see the puddle of melted ice by the register. They said they ran out of plates so they gave us the dine in order in to go boxes. Just not what you expect from the brand. Bad service, bad atmosphere, small chicken pieces. The restroom was also dirty.
