Me and my friends used to put Canes in such high regard. As all corporate does, without trying to blame it on them, the quality has gone way done. They’ll blame it on anything other than the production going cheaper. This meal used to be such much bigger as far as chicken pieces and look at the lack of fries. Honestly, just do a home cooked meal and save some money. Sadly, it has come down to how much more bonus we’re giving to CEO’s rather than keeping jobs in the U.S. with quality “American” products. In summary chicken pieces are SO THIN. It used to be so goos now the combo feels like a kids meal.

Ordered a sandwich combo and came with no lattice. I asked the lady at the counter and she proudly told me ‘we are not adding lattices now’. WOW

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your drive-thru. When visiting any restaurant, I expect to be greeted by a host with a warm and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, when l asked for an explanation of a menu items, I received a sarcastic remark instead of a helpful and kind response.Patrons have different restrictions and limitations and being understanding of people’s needs should be a priority. While the quality of the food is consistent, the atmosphere and level of service are what truly define the restaurant experience. Due to this poor service, I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Came throught the drive thru at about 11:40. Tried to place my order but after every word the person on the speaker m(MIA) name given by manager on duty was rushing me along by saying anything else. After the fourth time I requested that she allow me to finish speaking and reframed from use the phrase again because it was coming off rude and abrasive but she followed up again with the same statement and tone and when I made it to the window she laughed as if I was it was a joke. The worst customer service I ever experienced at a raising canes. I honestly thought I was at a McDonald’s. The manager did come to the window and did her best to redirect the visit but I am extremely upset and just feel disrespected after trying to send money and get a good quick meal .

This was not supposed to be a good review.. I went through the drive through. Was clear as day what I wanted and she understood. I asked for extra sauces that I paid with pleasure. The young lady asked me if I wanted ketchup. I said yes and thank you. Before she handed me the bag I asked her are the 3 sauces in there? And she said yes….. Now normally I look so this could be my fault. But damn was i disappointed when I got home….Not because the food wasn’t good. But because the SAUCES were not there! Not even the ketchup either… Now I can imagine any other person in the scenario just saying oh OK no problem… Not me I’m a sauce guy, To people like us sauce is everything. You guys literally have one sauce…It’s the only one you promote and when someone pays extra for them and you charge them for it the minimum the absolute minimum you could do is simply just check if they have the sauces go over the receipt like any other legitimate restaurant does. How the hell did you guys understand my request When I asked for no butter on one of the toast(which has never been fulfilled till tonight) because my roommate doesn’t mix dairy and meat together. I’m surprised that they got that correct. It’s not rocket science I know mistakes happen, but they’re so easily prevented the same way that you remember oh okay he has a box combo so that means 4 tenders…. (Quickly counts 4 tenders as they put it in the box) I’ve managed restaurants and I’ve been the person that bags all orders so I know very well what that role entails and it’s not so difficult. The reason this is not a 1 star review is because I know this is a business at the end of the day and I won’t try and tank the reviews. Not to mention whoever answered the phone totally neutralized the entire problem with a simple offer. And she handled it so well. It’s not about me taking advantage of the offer it’s principle. I want what I paid for and I’m not asking for anything else. 1 sauce is not enough for a box combo and I will die on that hill.
