Stopped by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in the Galleria in Houston around 11:30 AM and it was a quick little victory for my stomach. The storefront is kind of small, but Cane’s branding is loud in the best way. It is a whole lot of red, black, and bold fonts with strong “hey you are hungry” energy. From a marketing perspective, I respect it because in a mall full of options, Cane’s basically jumps out like, “Do not overthink this.” Food came out fast and it was super fresh. I am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, so I am basically a Cane’s veteran at this point, and this location did not embarrass the home team. The staff was welcoming, everything moved quick, and my toast was buttery, warm, and soft. It was the kind of toast that makes you forgive the person who cut you off in traffic earlier. Overall, solid experience. 5 out of 5 stars. If you are in the Galleria and you need something reliable, this Cane’s will treat you right.

I barely go to the Galleria but this Sunday was a special reason. First off, the food court is packed but you can always find a seat somewhere and it is always kept clean. I was hungry, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted until I came across raising Cane. This is one of my favorite places to eat, so I decided to stick with a favorite instead of trying something different or new that I don’t really eat it. Advice: if you don’t know what you want, but you see something familiar when you’re at the mall, it’s best to stick with something you like instead of trying something brand new that you may not like and regret paying all that money for. I ordered me a 3 finger combo with no toast. I got the 3 fingers plus fries extra crispy all the way. I got it a few minutes later and boy it was hot! That is good but it neans wait at least 2 minutes to cool down So you don’t burn your mouth 😅 When they say it’s hot and juicy, it was hot and juicy. I really did like it and I did enjoy my fries, but I’m not 100% sure if it was extra crispy all the way, but it all tasted so good, It didn’t even matter. Plus, it’s pretty loud in the food court anyways, so it’s forgiven. The only issue is I feel I probably should’ve done a sweet tea or a lemonade instead of a Coke because the Coke tasted kind of flat. But other than that, the food was great, where I ate it was kept clean, all the people around me were keeping to themselves. No one was giving any trouble so no worries about that.

Very unprofessional customer service! Zero experience in customer service, in being polite and not rude. Stingy management and operation and kitchen, this location they put little bit fries, and their chicken fingers (Box Combo) is literally half chicken finger, so guys you are technically paying for 3 full fingers in shape of 4. They even charge extra for the sauce they give. Some of their staff are weird looking even... Avoid this location! Cane's should take out the Franchise from this owner!

The food is ok, don’t get what the hype is about. Pretty plain.

Ordered. 5 families after me ordered and received their food and I was still standing there. No one checked. I had to ask about my order. Worst service ever! Will not return
