Yeah… much like my previous experiences here, I pulled in hoping to grab a slush, but instead sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged. Not a single employee greeted me or took my order. What made it even more frustrating was seeing several employees standing outside chatting while customers were left waiting with no service. I kept expecting someone to come back inside and help with the drive-thru, but that never happened. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored, I gave up and left without ever being served. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and prioritize the people who are actually waiting to order.

This place is raggedy for real! Everything broken. It looks dirty and trashy! I bought combo #06 hot dog! The false advertisement it’s never looks that good on the picture ( order board) I waited five minutes at drive through but everyone outside! First sign! Then I park and walk to board is dirty and big sign says not working push the red button 2nd red flag! My order was cold, hot dog and tartar tots! If I wasn’t running late for school I would have taken the trash back and got my money! Please! Please! please don’t go there! By the way they always out of the fish!

Never got to actually order. Was there around 11pm Wednesday night. Went to a stall; said to push the red button, which I did. Nothing happened. After trying for several minutes I thought maybe it was broken. So I went to the drive through, pull up to the speaker and again "nothing". After a few minutes I am like, "hello?". They were like "hold on" or something like that, kinda rudely. Waited several more minutes and then they said something intelligible. Again, rude sounding like the customer is bothersome to them (and not clearly spoken so I don't know what they even said). I asked "what?" Several times said "Can I order now?". They just ignored me. I gave up and left and went to McDonald's. Buy then the drive through line went around the entire building. Maybe they just were having a bad night, but according to recent comments I am reading here; every night must be a bad night. Close the place down, remodel/fix the place up, abd FULLY retrain your entire staff.

As someone who reads reviews daily as part of work, I don’t always trust them. Trust this one. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The staff are terrible. You can sit at a stall for 20 minutes without even getting your order taken. It has happened multiple times. Today I had to download the app and order for pickup as I’m sitting in the stall. Sonic needs to come clean house here. Edited to add: just had the worst onion rings in my life. I could only eat two and had to throw the rest away.

Got a Bogo Rewards on the Sonic Single. Set it for pickup. When I arrived I checked in and it came right out. Got home and the burgers were smashed, we also ordered cheddar peppers to share and they were burnt and stale. Plus we ordered onion rings and they were a ball of a mess, soggy and several of the crust was missing and tasted funny. This was the worst meal I have ever received at any Sonic. I will never return to that Sonic again. Plus I’m not driving back there cause it’s not that close. I took pictures and gonna try to upload them. Shame on that manager and his team.
