Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location across from the University of Houston on 06/05/2026. I ordered a Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, potato wedges, and an orange juice. The potato wedges were cold, hard, and seemed as though they had been sitting for quite some time. The breakfast sandwich was also cold and was missing the cheese entirely, despite cheese being included in the advertised sandwich. I was on my way to work and did not have time to wait for replacements, so I ended up paying for food that I couldn’t even eat. The wedges were inedible, and the sandwich was cold, dry, and incomplete. Mistakes happen, but receiving multiple items in unacceptable condition in the same order reflects poor quality control. Customers deserve food that is fresh, properly prepared, and assembled as advertised. Unfortunately, experiences like this are why I rarely visit Wendy’s, and this visit did nothing to change that perception.

My order of fries, a drink, and a spicy chicken sandwich arrived hot and fresh. I saw that the staff was always wiping down tables and maintaining order, and the place was spotless. My order was prepared more quickly than I had anticipated, and the staff was courteous. All in all, the meal was easy and quick. If I ever needed something filling, I would definitely come back.

Close this busted up location down immediately. The line is always always incredibly long and everyone is very violent in the line. I was stuck behind a van with 4 of the my 600 pound life stars and they look 45 minutes to order their food. It made the line so ridiculous and they have unprofessional manners. Learn how to talk through the microphone. They are disgusting by the way they take forever . I hate this location.

I went through the drive thru and I told the drive thru employee at the window that I had a QR code for the points and she immediately gave me a rude look and slammed the window. I understand that maybe they had a bad day, but that is not how a customer service employee should treat their guests. Very rude employee. If they want further business from their guests they should treat them better.

I was recently in & out of this location to get a quick lunch for my child who is in camp at University of Houston nearby. Everything was quick, simple and easy! AND, my order was correct... Courtney at the drive-thru created a memorable experience by her greeting. We are not in the area often, but when we are we'll know we can get good service at this Wendy's.
