The food and service here are usually good but last week the purple hair girl wore the mean face. My burger was so cold it seemed refrigerated. Onion rings were very hot and fresh though, so apparently the burger was set aside while onion rings were prepared. The Burger was prepared as requested. Just cold as hell. Threw about half of it away once it started tasting like cold cut sandwich. The server brought no napkins, no condiments so had to wait for her return with that which didn't help any.

Ordering from the app ahead of time is awesome! Staff are always super nice. Also, the only restaurant chain in the Universe where you are 100% guaranteed to receive hot fries! (Note, if you hail from a far away place, maybe toss some ketchup on your burger. They only come with mustard and it’s an acquired taste for some.) The ketchup is so good you can buy it in grocery stores!

The food here is always fresh, no matter when you go, you'll get fresh! "Fresh" is the word of the day. I totally recommend this place to everyone. They'll make you wait a bit, but it's all for that fresh food. The ladies who run this spot are on it, and I appreciate how dedicated they are to making other Whataburgers look bad because this is as fresh as it gets!

Rude women in photo she has the line all the way to papa John’s down the street causing traffic not letting dashers in who have to pick up orders but she let her friends in the store. I called store and she answered the phone very rude and unprofessional and using profanity and when I told her I’ll report her to the manager she said she doesn’t care about the manager

My online orders are always ready and service is great...my daughter is always pleased and they never forget the gravy
