The food is always great and quick. I had an issue with my credit card declining but Yolanda who was taking my order without hesitation took out her own card and paid for my meal. I'll certainly repay Yolanda, and ultimately it's the people that keep me coming back. Also thanks to the Manager Steve for making it a great experience.
I ordered a chicken fajita taco which has always been a favorite and then some onion rings. My taco was actually a let down. It barely had any peppers on it and the ones it had were all in one spot. The onion rings were good though.
Steve was a chill person. He was nice and understanding. I can tell he works hard for his team and knows his worth as a worker. He was very efficient in our order and made us feel very welcome. The fact we had a terrible experience at Wendy's across the street it we definitely got lifted up once we came to eat here. Give that manager a promotion fr!
Whata never disappoints. Texas staple. What I love most about whatta is the people working. This location has a great employee London. She was so nice and came by our table several times to make sure we were good on our drink and condiments.
This is supposed to be fast food, not a waiting room. I ordered a simple meal and waited around 30 minutes. No explanation, no apology, just slow service. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
