Stopped by Whataburger for a quick meal and it hit the spot. The food came out hot, the order was right, and the staff was friendly even though they were busy. I got my usual, and it tasted exactly like I hoped it would. It is one of those places that is easy to count on when you want something fast but still filling. Nothing fancy, just a good burger, fries, and a simple stop that went smoothly.
When I got to the drive through I asked the guy just one minute and he keep on trying to take my order and it wasn't any one behind me. and when I asked him to repeat my order he got a attitude I want be coming back to this Whataburger anymore.
They forgot my gravy and gave me some horrible fries need to be more aware of peoples food after sitting their for 20 mins and only had one meal
Military discount Hispanic female employee no greeting and not friendly at all. Very uncomfortable feeling. I go all over Houston. I love Whataburger support military but some managers etc. don’t like free coffee etc.
I love this place. I love the vibe. I love the cashier the cooks the customers. Everything here is simply excellent like I couldn't ask for a better clean well organized restaurant, when you walk in, you smell food, delicious food. The cashier greets me with a smile she brought me my milkshake and drink cup back with a smile the cooks in the back look like they cooking with love, the personal conversations between the customers eating inside the restaurant was very low you can barely hear what they were speaking to each other about. The customers here are gold I was inline and I completely left the line to go look at the menue when I came back to the line two more customers was inline already, I went to the end of the line the two customers ask me to get my spot I explained to them I totally left the line and rightfully so I should go to the back. They both said no and gave me my spot back, I love this place. I eat here daily you keep feeding me for free with a free what a burger for a simple survey Ima keep coming see you tomorrow for lunch.
