Oddly I was asked to not use my Yeti Whataburger cup for some water. They stated it was due to cross-contamination concerns. They then provided me a cup. I did not push the issue. I was curious about refills, but they did not stop that from happening.

If I order something and ask for it a specific way. I Order the chicken sandwich with cheese Fresh and Hot. The man tells me it just came up. I also ask for no lettuce. You put cheese on my sandwich and it’s not melted at all means it’s not fresh. If I can peel the cheese off the chicken is old. I don’t like to be lied to. The you put two entire pieces of lettuce on it that’s bigger than the sandwich with light mayo. How are is it to get it right the first time. My onion rings were fresh and hot. Why do I have to waste my time coming there. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because my onion rings were hot. I didn’t even get a receipt. Customers are the only opinion that counts

Just note that I am a fan of Whataburger. I enjoy the fast food restaurant and this rating of five stars is based on them compared to other fast food restaurants on gourmet and places so the food comes out piping hot. I can come at one or two in the morning and get relatively quick service I can imagine if there’s a lot of people in front of me and take a little bit more time but he said I’ve come here. I get consistent and friendly service. The food is spot on what you want in a spicy chicken sandwich hamburger and the french fries the soda has a great mix of carbonation and syrup and really appreciate the slight customization that’ll do with light ice and also extra vegetables like lettuce or tomato on my hamburger

I have gone here for years! It was great! The burger’s were always juicy and great. I have had 3 cold burgers for the last 3 times! Never going back. Oh, apple pies cold too!

It’s always a good experience when I come, I’m here often. I don’t know what was in the air today, but they were cooking up straight vibes. The two ladies in the window were so nice and had me smiling from ear to ear when I left. They all deserve a raise! I will always come back to this location💖💖 p.s. yall give them grace on the weekends pls!!! A lot of people hit them up 12-2am after bar hopping on w19 & w20th (me included lol) so be patient!🙌🏻
