Shady company. The initial appointment was delayed, never got any notification of a delay until I reached out multiple times. When they finally reached out they said they were running behind and very busy, I was understanding and allowed them to do the appointment an hour later. Once I gave them my tax info they said it would take a week to finalize before they submit to IRS. They never messaged me after that. I reached out at least 3 times. After weeks, I heard back, (tax deadline had already passed) I was told that if I don't hear from them by the following week, then reach out and they'll expedite my file. That day came and went. I've sent multiple messages and emails, called. They literally ghosted me. It's beyond unprofessional and I feel like they are removing other poor reviews, I've seen some that had the same issue I had. They cannot get away with stuff like this. The only reason I was patient with them is because my friend spoke so highly of them, if they were not recommended to me then I would have sworn they were a scam. But it seems they pick and choose who they give good sercice. We are weeks passed the deadline and my taxes have not been done. Take your business elsewhere.

Five-week delay, missed deadline, no return on file — zero accountability. My appointment was completed on March 18th. Despite this, I did not receive the required DocuSign documentation until April 23rd — a delay of over five weeks from the appointment and 8 days after the federal tax deadline. This is after several follow-ups from me. As a direct result of this negligence, my transcript is now showing no tax return filed, with code 406 attached. I request the following information via email directly from Owner, Vincent Edwards: 1. A full explanation of why my return is not reflected as filed 2. Accountability for the five-week DocuSign delay and its impact on my filing status 3. The exact date my refund will be deposited — not an estimate, a confirmed date I originally asked for a response within 48 hours; however, after not receiving any acknowledgment of receipt of the email, I called the office directly. Though there shouldn’t be any delay of this length without a full explanation from their office. Upon speaking with the administrator, I was informed that my filing was not in their system, I was explicitly told that I could not be transferred to Vincent Edwards voicemail, and that “they,” I’m assuming the administrators, “Are not even allowed to transfer calls to his desk.”  This is absolutely unacceptable. I will have no choice but to escalate this matter, starting with filing a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory bodies.

SCAMMERS!!!!! These people are scammers. You will not get a call back or your email answered. You will be told multiple times that Vince, Ajai or whoever you’re trying to reach is in a meeting and you will never hear from them. These people do not give good service. Receive multiple letters from the IRS and they continue to say they will handle it and ghosted me. They continued to say they would handle it, but come to find out they never did after receiving the last letter from IRS. I’ve sent emails, numerous of calls and no one from this office has called me back in months.

3 of my coworkers used this tax service with no issues. I scheduled an appointment, completed the online paperwork and submitted everything it asked for, did the consultation call ($50), and was ghosted. Emailed, sent messages in the website portal, called, no one responds, no emails or calls back. Pretty disappointed, definitely had higher expectations. The consultation call was good, gentleman was polite and professional. Too close to the deadline with no response, ended up using a different route.
