An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! The food at MAD was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is stunning, with a sophisticated, vibrant, and unique ambiance that makes the entire experience feel special. Everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent food, impeccable service, and an amazing atmosphere. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We will absolutely be back!
My spouse and I had been to MAD before, but it had been a while. This Easter brunch reminded us exactly why we like coming back. First, the atmosphere and the quality of service were excellent. Our server, D. Rivas, was outstanding from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and helped make the whole experience even better. Even though it was a special Easter brunch menu, all of the options were excellent. We ordered the Pulpo, Empanadillas, Steak & Eggs, Paella Valencia, Huevos Voladores, and Basque Cheesecake. For me, the Pulpo was exactly what I hoped for. As a first-generation immigrant from Spain, with family roots in Galicia, dishes like pulpo a la gallega always feel personal, and this one reminded me of home. The Steak & Eggs was excellent, and the fries were top notch. The Paella Valencia, even without seafood, was also perfect. The chicken was cooked beautifully and full of flavor. The highlight for me was dessert. I asked Rivas what he recommended, and he suggested the Huevos Voladores. That turned out to be the best choice. It was a perfect ending to the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also excellent. The music featured Spanish artists I grew up listening to, which brought back great memories. Just as important, the volume was perfect. You could enjoy the music and still easily have a conversation with it in the background. Overall, this visit reminded us why MAD stands out. Great service, excellent food, and an atmosphere that feels lively without being overwhelming. We will definitely be back.
Food was amazing some of the best seafood dishes I've had. Highly recommend the branding & octopus paella as well as their gin and tonics or wines. Victor our waiter gave excellent recommendations, was attentive and made our dining experience perfect with his attention to detail.
I had a phenomenal experience at MAD. Food was 10/10… and the dessert was unbelievable. We got the shrimp appetizer, the steak tartare, the hamachi and the tamahawk special. All were amazing. Not to mention the egg yolk illusionary dessert. Unbelievable. Not to mention, David was an amazing server!!! Great service!
Sophie was such an amazing server. Her personality was so upbeat and welcoming. The perfect person to help my husband I celebrate recreating our very first date at MAD five years ago. She truly enhanced our experience. The hamachi and prawns were delicious. The steak was prepared perfectly and the truffle fries were really good. The branzino on the other hand was cold and undercooked. That was quite disappointing. I'm not counting out the restaurant because my experience truly outshined one poorly made dish. just hope to have a 10/10 experience like the very first visit.
